Capitol Hill Portraits is a local Washington DC business owned and operated by me, Tim Devine. After graduating from Georgetown, I headed to NYC to apprentice with some of the biggest names in photography. 18 years later, I returned to DC to create original portraits of real people.

Pricing depends on the job, equipment, location, retouching, travel, final number of high resolution images, and usage.
