Capitol Hill Portraits is a local Washington DC business owned and operated by me, Tim Devine. After graduating from Georgetown, I headed to NYC to apprentice with some of the biggest names in photography. A girl brought me back to DC, and now I call Capitol Hill home where I create genuine portraits of real people.

Pricing depends on the job, equipment, location, retouching, travel, final number of high resolution images, and usage.
