Capitol Hill Portraits is a local Washington DC business owned and operated by me, Tim Devine. I bring 20 years of experience and unmatched devotion to every job in order to create an exquisite, world-class portrait.

Sessions start at $400. Final price depends on the number of high resolution images, equipment needed, and travel expenses.
I take simple, elegant portraits of professionals. My goal is to create an image that speaks to who you are, not just what you look like. Whether you are an individual or part of a company, your portrait communicates the quality of your brand.

Most people dread having their photo taken. If that sounds like you, then you have found the right photographer. I take great pride in my ability to bring out the best in every subject. I am exceptionally adept at putting my subjects at ease and capturing genuine moments.

I do not keep a studio. If the studio look is what you're after, I will bring my lights and backdrops to you. I have lots of advice/tips for what to wear, and how to do your make-up and hair. I also spend a lot of time retouching the final images to deliver refined, sophisticated high resolution files.
